About the warranty: MYIRO's and Konica Minolta's new equipment are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. To benefit from the additional year of warranty (exclusive offer for MYIRO devices), please make sure you have registered your device in the first year after the purchase at myiro.com/myiro-registration
The warranty does not apply in the following cases: (a) damage to the product due to mishandling, alteration, accident, impact, dropped, sand, liquid or moisture damage, tampering, battery or chemical corrosion; or, (b) failure to follow operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed by the applicable instruction manual or shipping damage; or, (c) damage caused during service performed by other than MYIRO or Konica Minolta Sensing authorised persons; or, (d) if the product has had its serial number(s) or other identifying data removed.
